For the second year, I had the opportunity to contribute to Three's flagship campaign focusing on women in football, the #WeSeeYou Network. This platform shines a light on women at every level of the game, from grassroots heroes to professional trailblazers, inviting nominations to spotlight those making an impact.

To resonate with our social media audience, we tapped Chris Ransom, a director with a deep understanding of both grassroots football and cinematic storytelling, to translate our vision into a powerful film. This piece was designed to evoke an emotional response and amplify the reach of the #WeSeeYou Network.

By integrating members of Chelsea's championship team, we reinforced the connection between the club's success and the broader initiative, creating a compelling narrative that helped the campaign gain significant traction.

The result was a viral phenomenon: nearly 40 million views with minimal ad spend, powered by organic sharing from influential figures and coverage by top UK media outlets, including the BBC. The campaign's crescendo was a bespoke TV commercial that premiered during the festive season, culminating in an impressive 1.4 billion impressions. And with our impending collaboration with Copa 90, we're poised to see these figures soar even higher.
