After the Publicis acquisition of POKE, our first pitch was for HBO. The ask was to create a digital companion to accompany the Game Of Thrones experience on its world tour. After winning the pitch, I found myself in the unique position of being a fan in my dream job. The result was a custom-built, digital mobile companion that gave each visitor a personal experience. From getting torched by Drogo to becoming a Nightwalker, every visitor left with custom digital swag to share. I also got to write the scripts for each character, making me a Game Of Thrones writer. #nerdpoints
