I BUILT AND HOSTED A PODCAST FORMAT WE LATER SOLD TO CLIENTS.
Innovation is not only hard; it can also be intimidating. The more human you can make it, the easier it becomes.After joining the Genuine X team, one of my tasks was to keep innovation at the top of the agenda, look for opportunities, add value where possible, and make it a focus of our culture. So, in the spirit of show, don't tell, we put together the Jack X podcast aimed at leveraging our networks to benefit everyone within the Jack Morton network and beyond.
The podcast has worked a treat. We racked up over 20 episodes and had listeners from all over the world. We later went on to sell the format to several clients, such as Ericsson.
Our guests have also gone on to work with other parts of the Jack team to deliver world-class experiences and have partnered with some of our leading clients to promote their stories of innovation and our own.
